对教练，我们除了感谢还是感谢···

每一样成功的背后都有一位很重要的角色，没有背后的支持鼓励或帮助，成功就站不出来了···
一位小孩子的诞生，有很伟大的母亲；
一辆很完美的车背后，有很厉害的技术人员；
一颗散出光芒的灯泡，有着很辛苦不怕失败的发明家；
一粒每个人都需要的米，背后都是有着细心栽种的农夫；
就好像我们，每一个能够站上球场上的机会，
就好像教练，您就是我们的幕后的付出者···

比赛，得奖了，风光在我们，成为全场的瞩目···教练呢？不到不前来抢功劳，争风头。
不前来沾我们的光，只在后头默默地分享我们的喜悦···
奖金，教练一分钱也没拿过我们的，帮我们存起来当作购买器材费用，旅行费用···
偶尔，还要自掏钱包为我们倒贴费用···毫无怨言···一声不吭地在背后为我们付出一切···
教练，谢谢您···

教练不但传授所有的乒乓技术给我们，还会教我们人生道理及灌输我们正确的价值观，好让我们成为一群有教养的好球员···不但场上风光，场外也能走出一条属于我们的人生路···教练总是循循善诱地教导我们···从不放弃我们。竭尽所能的栽培我们···不遗余力得为我们付出了宝贵的时间与精力···

岁月不留人···教练的头上···开始有了白雪的痕迹，仿佛铺上了白雪般···为我们努力费神···头顶上的白发犹如最好的证据···

教练···感谢您···
在这最难忘且重要的日子里，让我们这班受过您恩惠的球员向您致上最真切的一句：

你——是1位好教练

要提升自己，要赢得好成绩，要提升球艺···
首先就是，选好教练。

如何选一个好教练？
要有一位能够投入教导的教练。不要在意教练的名气多大，如果他不把精力放到教学上，那么即使他是世界冠军你也沾不到一点点光。我见过一些教练，年富力强，名声显赫，但教起学生来则是能偷懒就偷懒。往往坐在那里，电话短信不断，除了偶尔的指点，训练几乎同虚。一个好教练，不在于他是否打得好，关键在于能否教得好，能否用语言把该教授给你的东西表达出来。我也见过一些教练，他们也能看出学员的动作有问题，但苦于表达能力差，只能光做示范。而我们的教练呢？不用多想，认识他的人就知道他是一位怎样的教练···

一位好的教练···
1-很投入训练里的角色，很有系统的把每一位球员的技术提升起来···不管球员的技术好或者是不好，总言之···来打球的就是他的球员···教练在我的心中就是类似的不计较的好教练···
2-很努力的争取每一个比赛的机会，让球员能够拥有发挥的地方···而且不只是技术的问题，战场上的，教练还要控制球员的情绪及各种临场的水平···
3-很尽心尽力的为球员着想，奋不顾身的为球员···出到战场，教练就好想我们的爸爸一样，吃的住的，需要的物品，都要为我们想，为我们添增，为我们安排···
4-不计较的花时间载我们去练球，选拔，比赛，集训···最后得到的只是我们球员自己，教练的付出又是为了什么···也是球员，他【自己】的球员···
5-家里的事情，不愉快的事情，影响了练习，影响了心情。不管是每一位球员，教练都会很注意着我们，而劝导我们，教导我们很多人生道理···就算是花费5小时为我们讲道理，他也是一样的不计较，很乐意，很想把我们教好。看得出来，真的看得出来···

这位好教练，驾着我们熟悉的大车子，每天载着我们这班又臭汗酸，又肮脏的小猫，走上下走上下。费用都没有和我们收过···
永远记得那车子的温暖···
输球赢球都在那辆车子···
笑的哭的也是那辆车子···
说的闹的···
称赞责备···
人生道理···
也都是那辆旧旧却有生命力的车子···

Tibhar Table Tennis

Tibhar Company was founded 1969 by the international famous table tennis coach and former world-class table tennis player, Tibor Harangozo. In the beginning, TIBHAR only concentrated on the development and selling of rubbers and blades, based on the players´ own requirements. But very soon the product range was developed to a wider variety. Today TIBHAR´s programme is totally complete and ranges from leisure to world-class table tennis equipment.
TIBHAR constantly collaborates with a large number of experts and professionals from the world of table tennis in the development of many products that are at the summit of technological progress. The founder of the company, Tibor Harangozo, was himself a world-wide famous table tennis player. After his death, Mr Erwin Berg took over the company. Mr Erwin Berg is a former player of the Federal League and trainer of the TIBHAR international table tennis school.
Top TIBHAR players as well as numerous famous coaches are contributing to the development of TIBHAR´s high-quality table tennis products. All these people have their share in the realisation and development of TIBHAR´s products. Looking back we can mention one of the best German players of all times, Georg Boehm, the former European Champion Daniela Guergueitcheva, the multiple Bulgarian champion and best player in Europe at his time, Mariano Loukov, or the present ITTF director, former coach of the German national team and former team member of the national team of Yugoslavia, Zlatko Cordas. Looking at recent results, the European Junior Championships in Bratislava were very successful for TIBHAR´s contract players (in total they won 5 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 3 bronze medals). We welcome you to test our products and become a new member of the TIBHAR world family.
